Sorry to horn in, my '29 Coupe firewall has a hammered in area behind the exhaust manifold about 3" wide & 6" high. Did Otwell or some other brand exhaust heater require this? Looks like it was done with a ball pein hammer. No holes & it doesn't look as though one was welded shut. I have many pics from the second owner but NO verbal or written history. Original ? owner from 1987 was Al Harper in Prather, Ca. It has an oooold hand tooled leather key fob with a BIG "A" ON IT!
I've talked to the car 'til I'm blue in the face, but he won't tell me his "SECRETS!" Maybe my Ghost could help, but he seems to have disappeared for awhile. Has anyone seen him? Bill W.

great find, I would wash it, inflate the tires,check and adjust brakes, lubricate it, change all fluids, clean/replace spark plugs, points,condenser battery, check and replace any wiring, neutralize rust spots, start it up and have a ball driving it!
