1939 ford coupe doors
Does anyone know if a 1938 ford coupe or fordor sedan door would work for my 1939 coupe? I would like to get new doors for my coupe as they have been patched together from a few different doors, and I cannot get them right. I have an opportunity on getting a nice set of 1938 fordor doors and wonder if they would fit? I know on the 1940, the fordor doors fit my dads coupe with some minor works on the top corner of the door. Would it be the same for the 38 and my 39? Or are the 38s different?

The doors are the same except for the holes that hold the chrome trim. Yes, you will need to trim the top rear corner as you mentioned.
