Reverse Eye Front Spring
Someone I use to talk too convinced me to install a Posie Reverse Eye front spring, I think I want to put back the stock front spring, I don't think I like the lower front look. Should I go back to stock?

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring
The stock looking Model A is a good looking well designed car.

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring
Sounds like you should start making decisions based on what you want and like, not on some one else's ideas! Sorry if this sounds a little harsh.

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring
With stock wheels and tyres, it would just look like an old sagged spring.
An A only looks good when it has the wheel/tyres and stance to match. |

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring
Stock wheels, stock stance. Flipping the spring eyes changes geometry about an inch, which matters more at higher speeds and hitting potholes, since drag links and mechanical brake lever angles change.

Re: Reverse Eye Front Spring
As stock as you can make her. All the orginal parts were designed to work together.
Changing something/anything could have results you are not planning on. |
