Coil identification
Does Skip Haney put any marks or numbers on the dome top coils he rebuilds?

Yes..if I remember correctly, he etches in initials and date (mm/yy) on the base.

several guys that took coils apart and claim they remove moister but it didn't improve them much. Problem is one guy from Michigan refilled them with epoxy and they can not be taken apart to be rebuilt. If I recall he put a date code on the bottom. G.M.
