Default Ford generator identification needed

I'm "cleaning up" my excess parts after restoring several autos, so "the boys" won't have to decide what to do with some of the stuff that even I don't know what it fits.
I'm looking for identification of a Ford generator, part number AA 10001 A (?) Some of the paint is scratched off the plate, so hard to read. It's a 35 amp, can't read the voltage, but serial # 165885 It has two brushes, ground and field terminals on the side and the main stud in the back-plate.
I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me what I have and if it's worth testing to see if it's working.

Thankyou for the request for the picture. I do not find the number in any of the catalogs that I have, nor by Google.

Am I maybe in the wrong forum? Is this an early Ford generator? Seems to me all the early Ford generators have a mounting bracket attached. This one must set in a cradle since there's that peg on the bottom. Unruh

I would say it is for a 49-53 Ford flathead with the pin to sit in bracket.
