Fordor and Al are correct, according to the Loren Sorensen commercial Ford reference book I am looking at. You guys are good! Sorensen also says the 33 Ford trucks had unpainted front bumpers, and the 34's were plated. The 33-34 headlight bars were pretty flat, compared to the 32 headlight bars. Conclusion: 34 grill grafted onto a 33 truck. The engine is all wrong. Much later flathead. The financial advise already given is spot on. Don't let her give it away.

'34 was much different. Different hood and grill. Full floating rearend.
