Default Antique Tool Dealer

There is a chap who sells (or did sell) antique tools in a large tent at the base of the stairs near the Giant Center at Hershey. I think his name was Crouch or something like that. Can you help with his correct name and contact information? Thanks.

He was there again this year, but I did not get a card when I bought tools. Only 10 months until Hershey.

I do not know if my information is still correct as it is from several Hersheys ago...
I talked with the guy back then (I visit that tent every year) and he said then that he had a huge stash of tools, much more than he could bring, and that Hershey was his only venue. The rest of the time all the tools were back in storage and he did not have any time or interest to find and sell particular items.
He seems to be known now as "The jack guy."

I have collected old woodworking, and other old tools for over 25 years. If you have a question about a tool I might be able to help.
