Default Show quality head gasket

I am detailing a 31 deluxe roadster that is a show car I need to replace the head gasket and did not know where to acquire one bratton no longer sells the one with the white material in the middle of the cooper does anybody have a answer

What I did to replicate the white asbestos originally used on the inner part was to slightly spread the copper outside pieces, slide in some thin paper and with a small brush, take some white paint and paint the inner material. It took a little time, but it looked very good when installed.

What do you mean by "Did the paper burn at all"? The paper was just used to keep the white paint from getting on the copper. It is removed after the paint is dry.
