I should also add that the inside area of the water pump is actually to print.

Metal walls will be correct and consistent.

Well, we will see how the script looks soon enough. I am cutting the pattern right now. Should be finished in a couple of days. The chambers/deck part of the pattern is already cut.

I have a repo, Dan Price, Thomas 7-1 head on my highly modified model B block in a 1930 deluxe delivery. Runs really strong.

One suggestion I would make if you haven't already done it is to beef up the area around the distributor locking screw. This seems to be a weak area on the two aluminium heads I have.
