Default Pitman arm out of round

How much is too out of round. I'm out of round by .036. Is it still useable or should I replace it with new arm or replace just the ball? 1930 4 door Briggs.

Personally, I'd re-ball the arm. My method is to cut the old ball off, drill and tap the arm. Then I cut a thread on the new arm, screw it in with some red loctite 263. And then I back drill the arm and thread and insert a roll pin.
