Default Recent visit to the States

Just returned from a somewhat truncated visit to the States, but managed to get out and see a few A's at Volo & Morris IL (apologies to the purists for the Shay)

Some pictures can be seen here

what brought you over here to His Majesty's Colonies, Governor? Just curious.

More seriously, always nice to hear from our British cousins.

Did you get to Hershey? If not, why not? The greatest car show in the world and looking in the wrong place! That was a nice collection of vintage iron........ And the prices! Yii I really hope none of them sell. Collecting Mod. A s used to be a "everyman's" hobby, no more it seems!

Original plan was to visit our friends in Naperville IL, and then over to Hershey. However my Wife was taken very ill and had to stay in hospital in Naperville for a few days, so we stayed at our friends for the rest of the visit to allow her to recover. She's now hopefully on the mend We come over most years and love it !!
