Default carburator adjustment

I have a zenith carburator 13922 on a 29 town sedan model A ford that is running too rich and the engine is heating up. How do I adjust the mixture? It doesn't adjust with the choke rod like the originals. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Donald Thompson

Ask in the Model A section.
