which radiator
I need to replace the radiator on my 1930 coupe. in reviewing posts i see that good things were said about brattons, snyders and berts. brattons and snyders were $585 for a hd radiator and berts was $795. for a in town driver is berts worth the extra? any one have opinion is bratton or snyder the same as to quality?

Re: which radiator
I have Bert's re-cored 4 row of tubes radiator. I have driven my A high in the mountains and at sea level in 95+ degree heat. My A has never gone over 180 degrees with this radiator. I love it!!!

Re: which radiator
I don't think you can go wrong as long as the radiator has the right number of rows and is able to cool efficiently. With that being said, most people I think go for Bergs or Brassworks.

Re: which radiator
Also fit is just as important as how it is made and brass work fits well

Re: which radiator
I put a Bergs radiator in and could not be happier.
100 degree temps at 60 mph for a long period and I stay between 180-190. And it fit right in. |
