It is pretty obvious how some of us chose our name for this forum but others are a bit more curious, even cryptic, I expect so I thought it might be interesting to ask people to explain how they chose theirs. I'll kick it off with mine, "Synchro909". Firstly, the 909 part is because someone else had used Synchro. A few years ago, I wanted to get a dog and had ideas about it accompanying me on rallies etc in my A. Now, we all know that these cars have a crash gearbox and I wanted to be able to honestly tell people that I had Synchro in the car so I name the dog "Synchro". He also answered to Psycho! Maybe with a "creative truth" like that I should have been in politics. The kicker was, the dog wouldn't have anything to do with any of my old cars. Dumb dog!

Dumb dog! __________________ I sometimes wonder what happened to the people who asked me for directions. Even at my age, I still like to look at a young, attractive woman but I can't really remember why.
