http://www.absolutesheetmetal.com/ He has made all the tin for my 1934 coupe and it has all fit to a "T". It is thick also, not like most others. And reasonably priced, too. |

With my 36 woodie I got 42 squareback spindles and put disc brakes on the front and MT bendix on the rear. Stops on a dime. ECI makes a bracket and bearing spacer to put late model Ford discs and late model chevy calipers on the squareback spindles. You have to use 40 steelie wheels however. Going disc in the front won't cost you more than going bendix. |

![]() ![]() The chassis is all done now including right hand drive conversion, all the brakes (hydraulic) all mechanical etc etc. All ready for the body to go back on. And that's where its at presently. A mate has it and is slowly getting to it but its taking longer than I hoped and as per usual they are never as good as they look in the pics. ![]() Im still attached to it but the '36 is taking my love, espcecially as the 33 is on the other side of the country. Appreciate everyone's interest in it though.

Hey Mikey , I was only allowed to purchase one 33 5w in the fall of 2010 and I bought the SONORA CA rip-van-winkle special [ that's it in my avatar during cleanup ] at that time . Did buy it off the ads here though . On a completely different note are ya still takin names or have ya switched to kickin butt ? We rememberz the " lean mean lovin machine " thing

Photos can be deceiving guys, after getting it here and starting to pull it down to do it there was a lot of stuff that just wasnt right and it was a cobbled together car, not original as 1st thought. That being said the body is really good which is the main thing. I had thought about chopping it etc but it wouldnt be right in this instance so it will reamin as it should. I need to source a nice A coupe for that sort of nonsence

Congratulations Pete on a nice find. These Three Window Coupes are great looking cars, so stick with the project, you won't regret it in the end. You will come to the conclusion that it was all worth the effort and expense.
