So, where DID HE get the parts to make this CONVERSION and what was the COST?

It looks like Dennis hasn't done a write-up of his conversion, but just from the video you can pick out some of the parts, such as a Hyper9 motor and controller chill plate, and an Orion battery management system. So it's likely the kit is similar to this one, which costs around $20k.

At $18,785, doesn't seem out of line considering what is included.

Edit: Ok, after a little more research, I now agree, “Ouch…” The Model a transmission adapter alone is $4000. So we are now up to ~$23,000 on parts alone before adding auxiliaries like the water pump and cooling system, taxes and shipping.
