Lots of people think the vacuum wiper motors suck.

There was a fellow in California that had parts for the original electric wipers that I purchased parts to rebuild my '28 fordor wiper quite a while back. You may try a google search or vendors in the fordbarn list. The person had the castings(originals were pot metal and swelled), and internal parts plus would rebuild your wiper motor if desired.
