A little more progress today. I decided to use a metal sun visor instead of extending the roof line out. It is turning out pretty good. There are no plans to go by so I'm winging it the whole way. So far so good.

I have both of the upper sides done. The lowers will be a bit more challenging. The body curves inward towards the lower part of the body and narrower towards the front. Not sure what to do for a compound curve in 1/4" plywood. I was thinking of using 1/8" plywood strips about 1" wide horizontally in the lower front end of the section. And glue and layer more 1/8" thick by 1" wide strips in that section. And then sand it all to conform to the compound curve. What do you all think?
