I have had the ignition switch out of our 33 as it gave a bit of trouble, (now fixed)
I have, in my box of spare switches and lock parts there is a little plate under the switch block itself. The one on my 33 is not there, I couldn't,t find it in the parts book , but in some info I have on repairing the 35/36 lock assy they say not to leave it out, My question is , is there supposed to be one under the the switch assy on the 33. The switch was the problem causing hard and sometimes no start, stopping and missing over a two month period that took a long time to find, thanks to my son Hayden who rightly diagnosed the switch. Thanks Lawrie |
