Sal,

Now you of all people should realize one can't have a real racing type car until you start making these modifications -

1) Wire the choke open (or remove entirely)

2) Wire the heat riser open (if not already frozen open)

3) Defeat DIST vacuum advance and twist DIST to please (aka POWER TIMING)

4) Punch a couple of holes in the muffler(s)

5) Install A CHI-COM SGL PLANE intake (used and stained)

6) And top it all off with an chromedidium EDEL ACL with the foam element that catches on when there is a lean backfire

You have to keep up with the times man ...
