That is a line up that I would truly have liked to have seen in person! A car show in itself.

Bill, yes it was. I was also emotionally wore out after loading! These are the creme' of the art deco era cars of the day. Each one truly works of art. The dashes etc are just so cool. I took a photo of each Dash interior and will share that later. It took all day to load them as I personally drove them on the the carrier. Good thing as the driver had not had ever handled one before and didn't really have a clue. He was good in the end and thankful I assisted. It took the watchful eye of 2 and me driving to get them placed safely. Now the hauling and delivery is his responsibility. All the best guys! Larry |

Larry, thanks for the info. I sure hope they arrive at their destination safely. It's a long trip down under.

Wow ! I am glad I did not see them going down the road. This sight would probably have put me in the ditch ! A friend of mine owns to Lincoln Ks, a 34 limo and a 37 limo - He also has a 39 Zephyr 4 door. His Son has a Zephyr coupe, but its a parts car at best. They were SO beautiful.

Coming from down under myself I know this collection will be well looked after and treated like the gold it is.. but I just can’t image what the new owner paid for them. With the current exchange rate being terrible for aussies .. it would be a damn car hauler full of cash

Larry
Thank you for posting those pictures for us. I'm sorry to see them leave us, but am happy that they will be staying together. Someone will have a fine collection. No doubt it must have broken the previous owner's heart to see them leave. However I do realize that we are all caretakers of our wonderful cars. Jay |

I'd love to own a Zephyr some time. I saw a 39 Model K sold for what seemed like a low price a month or so ago. I still wonder whether I should have bought it, but I have too many to keep up with already.
