Art i also enjoyed your video with the Starr trek effect well done.. it gives me the urge to take mine out also and trash them in the mud. I think that will be safer than the salt

Great video, Art and thanks. While I drive our roadster in the winter, it has not been out in the snow. Your adventure urges me to give the snow a shot. We only get two or three snowfalls amounting to anything every year so I'll take her out next time but only before the salt and sand trucks are on the road.

Art, great video and shows how you enjoy your "A" no matter the weather. She will clean up... wash her down and she will survive. Good thing it wasn't snowing much as the defroster looked like it wasn't working!!! As Tom said you are a lucky guy... sing like that, own an "A"... take it out anytime. Thanks for sharing! Very cool!

I guess I can't hardly imagine the winters you all go through back east. It rarely gets below freezing here, but usually do have some 20F lows for a few weeks. Every now and then we get snow, but it usually doesn't last more than a day or two. There has been at least some snow on the ground here for the last 10 days. We had considerably more snow than this video shows about a week or so ago. I wanted to drive the A in it then, but there was a lot of ice on the road under then snow. Driving in snow is one thing, ice is a different story and I certainly don't want to push my luck too far. If you aren't comfortable driving your modern car in the snow, I'd tell you to leave your A tucked away in the garage. Really I just wanted the “experience”, to see what it was like “in the day”. Not much for salt on the roads here either, but because of the ice that came earlier, there was some. But it had rained quite a bit after that so I figured it was mostly washed away. Since there is so much wet-lands around here they don’t want the salt to run off into the habitats. And to make sure everyone knows… that was NOT me singing in the video. He’s a fellow named “Michael Buble”, pronounced “boo-blay”. A young man that sings old songs in the style of Frank Sinatra. Look him up, he’s awesome!

That was neat! Fun to watch, thank you, and well done

Your little vacuum wiper did a good job.

Yep, my wife thinks Buble is the greatest thing since the Model A.
