Got a link? If holes have to be drilled in the chassis, it hasn't been approved! Those idiots know squat!

Any chance the frame came with holes for both right and left hand drive?

Some chassis did but even the ones with holes for both wouldn't have them in the right place for a "turned over" steering column. I don't think it is possible.
