Tom, I was thinking about a HC head next Spring but was worried it may put more stress on the cooling system (more power = more heat?). I could definitely use more power on the hills. I'd rather spend money on more power than improved cooling though.

Have you tried the nail in the overflow & a 160 degree thermostat?
