I think if there's willingness and the effort for a supplier to try and improve their customer service by asking our hobby about what would be improvements, then it benefits us all.
It may also help clarify why the supplier operates the way they do. Maybe it's due to other factors that we haven't considered but unless the discussion is started between us and the suppliers, we and they will never know how to improve the situation. I also commend their offer to help rectify problems and get customer feedback.
