Around this neck of the woods, back in the day, we referred to the radio and heater as a Jukebox and a Stove.

Given that typically only younger people use "OG", it stems from the term "Original Gangster". Somehow it's morphed into use for anything that's an original.

I, for one, appreciate the fact that everyone here prefers to use the English language properly. This forum is like an oasis to someone who's around young people all day.
