Purdy, Betcha' a dollar to a donut thet Vermin WILL fire right away with Minerva's short shaft distributor & the same old "modern" points, with probably, 8,000 miles on them.
Ain't this FUN!! Maybe jist to make everybody HAPPY, later down the line, I'll tighten the pivot post on the OLD upper plate, put in original type points, a "burn out proof" condensor & maybe we can find more interesting stuff to discuss! Right now, I gotta' go unplug my kitchen sink.

Wow did I get some info or not. I bought NAPA points and will give em a try latter. My 30 sedan, and 400A or as some prefer A400 , both have the conversion and seem to do well.

My one & only set of modern points & condensor came from Mike's A-Fordable & must have been QUALITY made stuff. NEVER had a problem, never had to clean or re-set them, and I DIDN'T use that crappy wireless lower plate
