On the magnet deal, I picked up a bunch of little disc rare earth magnets off epay. Extremely strong magnets. I just stick them on the engine oil drain plug, diff. and the transmission. They come in handy for keeping a worn glovebox closed too :] (and not destructive). Even good for holding metal while welding in tight spots.
They come in all sorts of sizes, but the bigger they are the more you have to be careful of what your standing next too. Seriously powerful! ![]() |

Those look exactly like the magnets I put in the pockets of my drain and fill plugs. I was surprized at the amount of fine metal filings they caught.
