remove the bolt in the exhaust manifold right above the starter, last two bolts from the front. if water/coolant leaks from these bolt holes then this is what could have happened-- that is a problem area for using too long of a bolt which results in pushing thru the
water jacket. not all is lost if this be the case, can be remediated with engine in car.

Dipstick foam doesn’t lie. I’m afraid that Kube called it.

forty,
Yes this might be a indication of a coolant water leak somwhere in the engine. I had this problem several times in my travels and generaly not a fun adventure.
Some of my thoughts.
(Yes Kube had similar suggestrions I missed that post)
- Do you see and indication of water in the oil? Either from the dip stick and or open the drain plug?
- Possibly re torqung the heads might help??
- Was the block prerssure tested recently?

This will require some thought. Ok there is the magic potion that seals block leaks. I used it (green bottle that looked like oatmeal (from NAPA)) ( added then changed the oil) and it helped on my B block for a while. My problem became worse and resulted in another block being reworked for the truck. No good news here, except that when you do get it fixed you can be happy and sleep easy again.

Nice job getting a picture posted too!

Regards,
Chris
