Thanks to Jon, I have a sample to work with. Here are a couple of screen shots of the 3D computer model, I will be doing a 3D print tonight to compare with the original... so I can begin to make refinements as needed.

Computer modeling is done. Next step is to get wax/plastic models to foundry. Likely 3-4 weeks, then 6-8 weeks for the foundry to do their magic. I will update when models are ready to go.

Update (life got in the way of this project). Back on track. Photo of the 3D printer doing its things on the dies (for the wax, for the foundry).
