I have the same LED's and the same problem. They were great when I first installed them, but they started flickering on the low beams. When I removed them I noticed that the solder bumps; where they touch the socket contact points, were quite worn. I added solder to the bulb contacts and squeezed the socket with a pair of channel locks to tighten everything. The bulbs are heavier than the original incandescent bulbs and tend to vibrate and bounce more. I tried tightening the focus screw on the headlight bucket, but I just got to the point of shorting out the bulb. I like CT's process because with the original design, the bulbs would need replaced before the solder contacts would wear out. I believe that Logo Lites could sell improved sockets along with their light bulbs.
