Thanks so much for everyone's help. The car in question is in Europe and appears that what parts are not stock were used as it was all they had available to work, which is usual for the location SO thanks again for all the expertise.

I misspoke when I mentioned the pickup box. I was thinking those had the square end with no splines on the sector shaft, but no, that's not true. I confused it with the Model A sector/pitman, I agree with Andy, it looks stock.
