Where I live, every home MUST be fitted with a device that detects any leak to earth and shuts down the power supply if one happens, no matter how slight. I wouldn't be without it.
In the workshop, I suggest everybody gets stuff like paint, thinners etc out of there. I keep mine in a separate shed which has no power connected and is removed from the house. Don't ask why I do that!

I believe that is arc fault,the nec is now the international code where we are all fallow the same electrical rules

Some people only charge lithium batteries in an outside covered BBQ. I think there is a special extinguisher for lithium batteries as well. |

Don't think I saw this mentioned yet. Don't use a copper gas line! Copper has poor fatigue strength and can crack under prolonged vibration.
Also don't splice in a fuel filter with rubber connections into the fuel line (mentioned previously but deserves repeating).
