Re: Town car
The last one I saw was the car that did judging at the '08 meet in Addison. I think it was over $100,000 if i remember correctly. I know of a replica for sale.

Re: Town car
There was a guy in Mississippi that use to build some pretty close replica town cars. I don't know if he is still alive. Its been over 10 years since I talked to him and I can't even remember his name.

Re: Town car
No, Doyle built his himself. Then there's also Vernon Boyd's '30 replica which isn't finished & IDK if he has plan of finishing it.

Re: Town car
Bob--on the other current Town Car thread I posted some pictures of a Town Car in the Lyon Collection here in S. California, which I am quite sure was purchased from the Harrah Collection in the 1980's. I am assuming you were aware of this car.....do you know any history of it prior to Harrah obtaining it? It appears to be in quite good condition, and I do not think Gen. Lyon has done anything to it since it was purchased. By the way, it is not even housed in his main collection, which gives you some idea of the quality of cars in his collection..............
