Seat belt length for '40 Deluxe Fordor- 60" or 72"?
Have been reading the seat belt forum entries and plan to install a set of lap belts ASAP, but don't know which length is needed for these couch like seats- are 60" long enough or do I need the 72"? Measuring with a string or tape measure is proving a bit tricky since I can't seem to reach the pans without taking stuff apart.
Also, does anyone know the best way to work the install around the foot rests that seem to cover the back of the front seat? I plan to take it out but any tips would be helpful. |

I have always used the 72" ones in 36-40. I have 2 '40 passenger cars and a '41 pickup and have the 72" belts in all of them
