Looking for the window crank handle for the rear quarter window in a
'35 Ford sedan. '36 the same?

'35 vs. '36 are different. You will also have different handles within those two years. Different models had different handles. Also, standard vs. deluxe are different. They will mostly all interchange and work if you just need to wind a window up/down, but if you are trying to be show correct you need to get the correct ones.
