Spark plug wires
After 18 years my 47 truck with the rabbit ear dristributor cap started giving me problems . So I want to go with the crab , so what are the best wires to use ,the present wires are stiff and have a mind of their own. Also what vender to use.? Thank You. Sunshine. We

Thanks Jeff how are you doing in these difficult days . Michael has already supplied me with the rotor I needed , his wires are stated as original equipment. Style . I have those already . They don’t work well with the crab cap.Thank You BOB.

Packard 440 and Rajah terminals from "The Brillman Company" are what I use.

I know what you mean, based on your experience with the "rabbit" ears. If you don't care about originality, the crab is a lot more friendly to work with. On my '47, I found copper wires worked a lot better than the spiral carbon core. Might just be my ignition though!!

I love that Brillman place. I've bought the 440 wire, all kinds of boots and clips from him. And 2/0 battery cable, cable ends, solder pellets, etc., etc. I like making my own stuff.
