'35 and '36 until they lengthened the pedal as a running change in 1936.
When in doubt, any Ford part number with a 48 prefix was first used and in many cases only used during the '35 model year. |

Sorry, I erred as I lept too soon thinking you were asking about a brake pedal. The answer is similar, but not the same for the clutch pedal which was first used in the '35 model year and for both '36 and '37 models years as well (and likely '38 as well, but I don't have the right parts catalogue handy to verify that).
