Default 1948 heads on 1950

what will I have to do to put 1948 aluminum fenton heads on 1950 motor?

Modify the water passages, not sure which ones off the top of my head, but not a horrendous job.

Plug a water hole in the front of the head face of the block, use the 59A gaskets, and make a provision for distributor clamping and make upper hose revisions.

The heads will not allow as many carb options as the 8BA style.
