Default Frame welt on 30/31 CCPU

How far back does the frame welt go? Does it just go under the front fenders? Thanks

I ran mine from the front of the frame horn back to rear edge of the splash shield, plus 1/4 inch.

Do you want to be correct on the welting or do you not care?

That is the $64,000 question...

Just would like it to be close as possible. Mainly I was wondering if the welt goes under the body blocks

It is an anti-squeak used between the fender/running board shield, and the frame. Rubber pads/shims go under all the blocks.
