Default Noise!

Ugh! I'm trying to track down two different noises.

The first is in the engine compartment. i *think* it's coming from the distributor because when I put pressure on the dist body it temporarily went away. Although... maybe it was just a coincidence...

Here is a video of my engine running, notice the clickly clack noise that speeds up with the engine rpm. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWHwUmdgtL0

The second has me seriously puzzled. When I get over 15-20 mph I can hear what sounds like a metal on metal rub. It sounds a lot like a train wheel rolling down the track.
  • It only starts up once I get to a certain speed
  • Putting the car in neutral or pressing in the clutch has no effect
  • Running the rear end on jack stands, there is no noise... (I did not run it at full speed).
  • I can rock the rear wheels back and forth (slightly) when up on jack stands.
  • My Passenger rear wheel had more play. So I took off the drum to inspect and replace. There was no major evidence of rubbing on the backing plate.
This car sat for 25+ years until I got it running in '99. Since then it hasn't driven more than 25-50 miles a year. in '99 I repacked all wheel bearings and replaced brake pads, etc.

Any idea where to look? I'm thinking wheel bearings / hubs..
