According to the Body Parts List it looks like the inner quarter panel assembly.

If I remember there 10-32 or 12-24 machine screws. Run a tap down it will soon tell you.

10/32 X1/2" flat head machine screws.

Rightfully so ! Same screws that hold the ‘thing’ right under the steering wheel to support the two levers …
Not knowing I ended up buying a hole lot of them instead of the right interior mounting kit haha
