Default Hydraulic brakes on rear axle

What's the easiest way to put hydraulic brakes on a model A rear axle? I would prefer they not be disc, but would consider it.
I've seen the complete kits in catalogs, but they are really expensive.

I just went over to the HAMB site and did a search on "hydraulic brakes Model A" and found many threads on the process. Check it out.

There are a couple of kits offered to do this. While we haven't tested any I think I would avoid disk brakes if you plan on running original wheels since they are supported by the drum.
