That depends on what your goals are. At one extreme, duct tape, at the other, a new top! There are vinyl repair kits that you could use, made by 3M and others. The trick is to get a suitable repair backer fabric tucked in, under and cemented flat. If you're really good with a curved upholstery needle you could pull it in tight to the repair backer to restore original top tension at that point. Then you need to sculpt the vinyl compound to match the surface texture. It is all technique and skill. Practice first. X10! I've seen results vary from horrible to near invisible.
