I always liked the Starliner,,but never saw many of them, and never saw one for sale until I was in my 50's and then I could not afford them. They became sought after, and seemed to be pretty rare.

For all concerned, I re-researched and allyall are correct, it is a Holley 1901, and has VW connecting linkage on it. It does look new after 25 years or more because I have had it in a sealed box and in a cabinet. I will accept any reasonable offers on this.

Listing it for sale on a VW owners webpage / website will probably get you more responses.
