Where is the proper (stock) location for the foot rest (in relation to accelerator pedal)?

when some country drops an EPM Bomb you will still be able to drive your Model A (may not be able to buy gas but you can still drive),

I thought the same thing until I read the book "One Second After".
The police, fire. and emergency agencies commandeer all the vehicles that are still running.

In the book "one second after" the guy actually had a Model A in the garage but they never used it in the story.

I haven't heard the term "Foot Feed" in a very long time.

My farmer relatives laugh at me using the foot feed on the tractors instead of the hand job like a real farmer.
