Have more than enough people there to help. Probably 6-8 people since it's such a large body. Have a cart or something pre built so you can put your body on it. It makes it real nice it it's a cart on some big caster wheels. Slide some thick steel tubing under the front by the cowl, middle, and back of the body. This will allow your helpers to lift it easier. Lift up and have 1 or 2 extra people there to help guide the body onto the new cart you have made for it. I've made carts out of 2x4's doubling up on the ends, and with cross bracing they've proven to be pretty strong.
