Thanks Will. It took me three years to finally find a good flywheel. I had one before this one, but it seems to have walked away. I do all my own blasting with Black Diamond from Menards. It's just a ground up coal slag. A few years ago the local power company switched from coal to natural gas, so naturally the price of the Black Diamond doubled. The factory is just east of St Paul, MN and the last time I drove by they still had a big mountain of coal slag.

Black Diamond is cleaner and works better than silica sand.
