Default "Jerking"

Just recently changed the spark plugs and wires in my 36 ford (with the help of some of my barners). It was backfiring and losing power and i noticed some of my plugs were fouled. Now it isn't backfiring and it doesn't seem to lose power, but it seems like it is "jerking" and not riding as smooth. Maybe a loose connection or something? Thoughts?
