Rusty- yes, please do keep us informed on this project. My '56 has lots of mods done also. Some were done very professionally, & some done as if a "1st grader" worked on it! Mine has been quite a project since last Oct. Still not road worthy, but I am making progress. F F

Maybe the same guy owned both of our cars? LOL

Mine has a 12V conversion that looks like it was done by an aircraft mechanic, but has a secret compartment, a trick trunk release, and blacked out chrome... Like it was used to run moonshine. LOL
